They can skip pages and browse the images and pages to find facts they think are interesting. The National Geographic Kids Almanac 2016 is the almanac in which I found the Pinocchio rex fact. This book is more than a fact book. It also provides craft ideas, jokes and comics. If your child enjoys looking at cute animal videos online, this book also offers links to National Geographic videos, photos and online games.
Looking for a wild and weird fact book? Try Ripley’s Believe It or Not! Special Edition 2016. This fact book will astound your child with unbelievable stories of places, animals and people. Would your child like to visit a life size gingerbread house? Would they prefer to visit an underwater city? They can do both with their library card and this book.
