Read for the Win
With summer approaching, and the end of the school year almost here,
The Santa Clarita Public Library give parents no reasons to fear.
How can kids stay sharp while out of school?
Read at least 5 books is the general rule!
The summer reading program is a great start,
To read about make believe, dinosaurs, cooking, and whatever is in your heart.
Come to Newhall, Valencia, Canyon Country beginning June 13th to read,
Earn prizes, dance, play LEGOS and go on missions to take the lead!
There are plenty of activities like marble run, storytimes, BINGO, sports trivia and more!
How about board games, movies, coloring, and performers galore!
Abbit the Average will perform his comedic magic for you,
And, Swazzle is a puppet show that is a lot of fun too.
There will be more magic with the WACKO Show performing at COC and not costing a dime.
Let us also not forget Field Day Finale featuring Twinkle Time!
July 30th will be so much fun,
With games and entertainment for everyone.
