De Nuevo los Cuentos para Niños en la Biblioteca
Llegó el invierno y con el volvieron también los cuentos para niños. La Biblioteca Pública de la Ciudad de Santa Clarita continúa ofreciendo una variedad de cuentos para niños de diferentes edades. Cuentos para bebés y pequeños caminantes, cuentos para niños de 2 y 3 años y cuentos de preparación escolar para niños mayores de 4 años en las tres localidades de la biblioteca. Estos empezaron el 22 de Enero y son una oportunidad para los niños de iniciarse en el maravilloso mundo del libro y la lectura, además, que estimulan su imaginación, descubren colores, sonidos y palabras que enriquecen su vocabulario. También se ofrecen cuentos bilingües que son una oportunidad para los niños de habla hispana, así como cualquier otra persona interesada en iniciarse en un segundo idioma.
Los padres de familia deben aprovechar estos eventos de la biblioteca para que sus niños aprendan a escuchar cuentos, cantar, bailar e interactuar con otros niños de su misma edad. Venga y únase a nosotros para nuestros cuentos y sea parte del proceso educativo de su hijo.

Storytime is back at the Library
Winter came and with it came Storytime too. The Public Library of the City of Santa Clarita continues offering a variety of storytime for children of different ages. Storytime for babies and toddlers, storytime for children of 2’s and 3’s years and school readiness storytime for children over 4 years in the three locations of the library. These started on January 22 and they are an opportunity for children to start in the wonderful world of books and reading, also stimulate their imagination, discover colors, sounds and words that enrich their vocabulary. Bilingual storytime is also offered and it is an opportunity for Spanish-speaking children, as well as anyone else interested in being introduced to a second language.
Parents should take advantage of these events at the library so their children learn to listen stories, sing, dance and interact with other children of the same age. Come and join us for our stories and be part of your child’s educational process.
