prenda Inglés con el Programa Pronunciator
‘Pronunciator’ es uno de los muchos recursos digitales que la Biblioteca Pública de Santa Clarita ofrece. Este es un programa para aprender un nuevo lenguaje que se vuelve una herramienta muy útil para todas las personas que tienen el desafío de aprender el Inglés como segunda lengua. La aplicación de Pronunciator puede ser instalada sin ningún costo en su computadora, teléfono inteligente o en su tableta con solo tener su tarjeta de la biblioteca.
Adicionalmente a las clases de educación familiar y computación, también se ofrecerán clases de inglés con el programa Pronunciator, para los padres de niños que vienen a buscar ayuda con sus tareas escolares en el Homework Center de esta biblioteca. Mientras los niños están siendo atendidos en el Homework Center, sus padres recibirán clases los días miércoles y jueves, de las 3:30-5:30 PM a partir del 28 de Enero/2016.
Si usted tiene niños en la escuela elemental y está interesado en aprender un segundo lenguaje venga a las clases que la biblioteca ofrecerá.
¿Cómo tener acceso a ‘Pronunciator’?
Para tener acceso a esta aplicación se necesita tener la tarjeta de la biblioteca y una cuenta de correo electrónico. 
Al entrar en la página principal de la Biblioteca, seleccione dentro del menú de Biblioteca electrónica, la opción de artículos y bases de datos. Enseguida entre a la opción de Aprender un lenguaje dentro de la cual esta Pronunciator. Al estar en la página de Pronunciator, cuando se le solicite introduzca los 14 dígitos de su cuenta o tarjeta de la biblioteca y presione la tecla de registrar. Enseguida se le pedirá que ingrese el correo electrónico y su contraseña. Posteriormente Pronunciator le enviará un nombre de usuario y una contraseña que usted puede personalizar.
Aproveche este valioso recurso tecnológico que ofrece la biblioteca y aprenda un segundo lenguaje a su propio ritmo y en el tiempo que usted tenga disponible.

Learn English (and Other Lanugages) with Pronunciator
‘Pronunciator’ is one of the many resources available in the digital resources of the Santa Clarita Public Library. This is a program to learn a new language that is a useful tool for all those who are challenged to learn a second language. The application of Pronunciator can be installed at no cost on your computer, your smartphone or your tablet just by having a library card.
In addition to family education classes and computer training, English classes will also be offered with the Pronunciator program for parents of children who come to get help with their homework in the Homework Center of this library. While the children are getting help in the Homework Center, their parents will receive classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 3:30 -5:30 pm, starting January 28th, 2016.
If you have children in elementary school and are interested in learning a second language take advantage of this service that the library will offer.
How to access Pronunciator?
To access this application you need to have a library card and an email address.
When entering the home page of the Santa Clarita Library, within the ELIBRARY, select the choice of Articles and Databases. Then enter the option of learn a language in which you will find Pronunciator. Being on the page Pronunciator, when prompted enter the 14 digit account or library card and press the register. Then you are asked to enter the email address and password. Later, Pronunciator will send you a user name and a password that you can customize.
Take advantage of this valuable technology resources offered by the library and learn second language at their own pace and time you have available.
